Booking Policy

This Booking Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall govern the relationship between Classic Barber & Beard Co., having its postal address at 300 entrance Rd n Sanford FL - 32771 Studio 17 (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “Classic Barber & Beard Co.” or “us” or “our” or “we”) and you (hereinafter referred to “you” or “your” or “user” or “clients” or “customers”) when you book appointments on our site - https://www.barberbeardco.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy statement.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

        By booking an appointment with us, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative                            acceptance of this Policy, you hereby represent that:

            1 . You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, and our Privacy Policy statement, and any future                         updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the Website or as otherwise may be                                     communicated to you.

            2. You are of sound mind and at least 18 years in age in order to form a binding contract with us. In case you are not at                       least 18 years in age, then you must have the express permission of your lawful guardian to book appointments on the                   website, purchase our products, and avail our services. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to use our                                 website or make payments even with their parent/legal guardian’s consent, and for them their parents/legal guardians                   must make the bookings and payments for them.

 

   2. BOOKING POLICY

  1.   Apart from the price of our services booked by you, you will be charged a booking, service & processing fee of $5 which wil be charged at checkout, and a booking fee of $3-5 on every booking, and if you make an advance payment for the service on the website, you will be charged an additional 4.6% of the total amount as a convenience fee. By making the booking, advance, and payment, you hereby acknowledge that you have been informed of these charges.

  2. Walk-ins are not guaranteed, and are permitted strictly subject to availability. This is why it is recommended that you book a prior appointment.

  3. To book an appointment, you can give us a call on 3213341580, or make a booking from our website (www.barberbeardco.com/book-now/).

  4. Whenever you click on “Book now” link, the website will direct you to a third-party booking website, namely, Squire (https://getsquire.com/). Squire is an independent third-party, and its links are not under our control, and therefore we are not liable any loss or data breach that you suffer on Squire or its associated links.  To review the data privacy practices of Squire, click on this link (external link).

  5. Please make every effort to be prompt, and to be on time for your appointment. Showing up late could result in longer wait.

  6. Appointment times are NOT guaranteed to be exact. Please keep in mind that all confirmed appointments work on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. If you are on time, and see that we are serving a customer already, please wait for your turn, and you’d be served shortly.

 

  3. APPOINTMENT WAIT TIME

     

       We try to give you the best service. However, appointment wait times cannot be guaranteed due to unpredictable nature of           the services within the shop. We expect you to co-operate with us so that we can give you the best possible service. Please             understand that our goal is to serve you efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality of service. If you come to the shop         and find that we are behind please be patient, follow our Covid19 disclaimer and/or company guidelines, and we will take             care of you as soon as we possibly can.

 

  4.PRICING DISCLAIMER

 

     We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed on our website for         sale. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Classic Barber & Beard Co. reserves the right, at its sole discretion,       to correct any error in the stated retail price of the concerned product or service. We may also update the prices of the                   products and services from time to time, at our sole discretion.

 

 5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

  • Cancellation, Late Show and No Show: You can cancel the appointments at any time at least 24 hours prior to the appointment schedule time. To cancel, please contact us on the number provided to you in your booking confirmation email. In case you don’t call us or do not show on the appointment time, the appointment is considered as ‘cancelled’. Any ‘No Calls’ and/or ‘No Shows’ or ‘Same Day Cancellations under 24 hours’ shall be charged 100% of the service fees plus the credit card processing fee of $5 on the credit card that you used to book your appointment.

  • Card Declined: Classic Barber & Beard Co. may refuse you its services if the card used by you to pay for the services is declined upon making or authorizing said charges. In such cases, in our sole discretion, you will be blocked from being able to make future appointments till the cancellation fee is paid in full by you. 

  • Cancellation under exceptional circumstances: Under unavoidable circumstances, if the appointment needs to be cancelled by you, you need to inform the same to us. We understand that exceptional situations might arise and so reasonable view shall be taken. In such cases, we will take an action at our sole discretion after taking in view the facts and circumstances of the situation at hand.  

  • When you are sick: If you are already sick and have common knowledge of being sick prior to your appointment, we would appreciate that you would contact us within enough time to avoid the cancellation fee prior to the 24-hour period.

  • Cancellation by us: There could be times and circumstances where we might need to cancel your appointments due to certain reasons at our end. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your appointments, or re-schedule them after consulting with you. Your only remedy in such cases would be to get a 100% refund for your payment, or re-schedule the appointment. We will not be liable for any loss suffered by you due to such cancellation or re-scheduling.

  • Refund: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary mentioned above, if you are entitled to a refund, in that case in our sole discretion, the amount paid by you for our services (except any additional service fee) will be credited to your original method of payment, or you will be provided a store credit that you can use to avail our services in the future.

 

 6. Disclaimer

  1. The Site, products, and all our services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and we (and our licensors, employees, contractors, and affiliates) expressly disclaim any and all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including all warranties or conditions of desired looks, quality, suitability, desirability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement of the same. We make no warranty that the Site, products or our services will meet your requirements, will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or will be accurate, reliable, complete, or safe. There could be minor accidents whilst the performance of our services or at any time afterwards, including without limitation, unintended cuts, bleeding, rashes, or other hair or skin related issues. Therefore, we disclaim all warranties as to the safety of our products or services.

  2. You must follow any and all government guidelines and notifications pertaining to wearing face masks, social distancing and sanitizing. You shall bring your own face mask, and must utilize hand sanitizers located at the entrance of our shop near the sink.

  3. As per present government guidelines, the face masks are optional, but are highly encouraged. If worn, they must be worn throughout the entire service, unless facial hair is part of the service.

  4. Only one client at a time is allowed in the shop unless it’s a parent or minor’s being serviced. We may allow more than one client at our sole discretion. Any lack of compliance of this disclaimer will cause your service to be cancelled with cancellation fee. We reserve the right of refusal of service to anyone who's presence interferes with the safety and well-being of other patrons and/or to the establishment itself. The most basic examples of this include patrons who are unreasonably rowdy, patrons lacking adequate hygiene, and/or those accompanied by large groups of non-customers.

  5. By booking this appointment you do agree and are confirming that you have not been exposed and/or currently showing signs of any contagious medical symptoms & that you have not visited any high-risk areas, cities or countries within a medically reasonable time period

 

 7. Reservation of Right

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, descriptions, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.

 

 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we our licensors, employees, contractors, and affiliates) be liable to you or any third party for any hair loss, hair fall, cuts, undesired looks, bad quality of products, hair or skin related issues, unexpected looks, accidents at the time of availing the services, side effects or other loss occurred due to application or use of products, costs of procurement of substitute products or services, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Access to, and use/availing/purchase of, the Site and our services is at your own will, discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your person, hair, or skin resulting therefrom.

 

 9. Indemnification

You acknowledge to defend, indemnify and hold Classic Barber & Beard Co., its owners, and licensors (hereinafter referred to as) harmless from and against any claim, disputes, fine, liability, demand or expense, including reasonable Attorneys’ fees, made by you, your legal heir, persons acting on your behalf, or any third parties, relating to, or arising from your purchase of our products, and use/availing of our services, and all risks and damages associated with it with respect to your person, hair, or skin.

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services that you avail from us, the same shall be dealt with as per the laws of , and all disputes must be exclusively brought before the courts located in .
